It's 2am and the pager won't stop. Somewhere between the subway and the deploy pipeline, things went sideways — bugs are patrolling, latency is spiking, and at least one pipeline has failed spectacularly. As the on-call engineer, there's only one way out: fight through, keep REDUNDANCY above zero, and reach the Deploy to Production terminal before the next outage does.
